DESCRIPTION
Machine for short chopping and distribution of dry products for litter.
The machine is ideal for short and regular shredding (4-6 cm on average) of dry bedding products packed in both round and prismatic bales. However, it is also possible to process other fibrous products (dry hay or silage in bales).
The product is loaded from the rear hatch and conveyed inside the box up to a cutter roller that rotates at high speed equipped with knives and counter-knives which cuts it and unloads it on the distribution fan also equipped with knives, with an adjustable contrast hydraulic and a grid with 80 × 80 holes (also available with 60 × 60 or Ø 50 holes) which further refines the product and then blows it towards the swiveling upper drain.
By adjusting the fan speed (two speeds with 270-540 rpm gearbox as standard) and adjusting the hydraulic discharge deflector, the launch of the product is also adjustable (from about 1 to 12 m).
