Machine for chopping and distributing dry and wet products for litter, cubicle or feeder.
The machine is ideal for processing both dry and wet fibrous products (straw, corn stalks, hay, grass, etc.) packed in both round and prismatic bales to be distributed on litter, in a cubicle or in a feeder. The product is loaded from the rear door and conveyed inside the box up to the cutter rollers equipped with knives that cut it and unload it on the distribution fan which then blows it towards the upper rotating discharge. By acting on the speed of the cutter rollers (two speeds available as standard) and by adjusting the feed speed of the loading belt, the cutting length can be determined, approximately from 5 to 10 cm (depending on the type of product). The machine is also standard equipped with a fork positioned in front of the cutter rollers which can be adjusted (moving it closer or further away) to dose its feed according to the hardness of the product and the type of cut desired.
By adjusting the fan speed (two speeds with 270-540 rpm gearbox as standard) and adjusting the hydraulic discharge deflector, the launch of the product is also adjustable (from about 1 to 12 m).
